Not a starter I would recommend
Bought one of these starters. It did fit, however it only worked one time. The tolerances were off so that once the machine started. It ate all the plastic parts and waded up the plastic pins and threw them out of the case. Not sure why anyone would design a starter this way. Even if it lasted a week I would have been happy how ever. I spent two hours trying to figure out the problem and never did. Busted.... This starter is junk

Danger warning do not buy read review
Absolute Total piece of fucking junk the outer wall is too thin and cracks and breaks after about 25 pulls I broke 5 in 1 month. And I own three other scooters and none of the pole starts on those break. They're purposely designed that way so you keep ordering them Absolute scam
