Ford Retaining Clips
I just now used these clips, they are designed differently than the Ford. They seemed to be stronger and more flexible. Since the headlight units can be a pain to remove, I would recommend replacing the retaining clips as well since they old ones will probably be rusted and brittle like mine were.
