Valid replacement part for an old pressure cooker.
Fits well once it is pressed into the lid. Looks like it will provide a good seal. The replacement air vent was nice to get.

I finally found it!
I have a couple old pressure cookers that belonged to my grandmother. The sealing ring for the bigger one was easy to find, but I couldn't find the 09908 ring for the smaller one until now. It's great to have it usable again!
