Alkalol - A great nasal wash
I have used this nasal wash for years and I think it helps keep sinuis problems away. It is simple to use with a small spray bottle using half nasal wash and half water. You can use it as often as you want, say twice a day morning and night. Great buy.

Alkalol for sinus rinse.
I have chronic sinusitus and I use a Neil Med bottle to flush my sinuses, I use alkalol along with saline packets to rinse with and the Alkalol seems to help better than just the saline.I use about 3 oz. of it and 5 oz. of distilled water.
