Genuine BMW Valve cover with ALL the fittings
This genuine BMW (Mahle) valve cover is the ONLY way to go. Why risk your engine, or your hours of labor that it takes to install these valve covers, gaskets and bolts with some sketchy Chinese replica cover? . Yes, you HAVE to replace every single one of the 26 aluminum bolts when replacing the valve cover. And the gaskets, both perimeter and interior spark plug/coil openings. This valve cover sold by genuinebmwiminiparts of Arlignton TX, was delivered ahead of schedule, packed superbly and ready to install - the gaskets are already pressure fit into their places in the vc, making fitment super easy. It fit perfectly and after properly torquing the vc bolts, is sealing my bmw's head perfectly. No more oil leaks ... yeayyy! I was uncertain if this genuine bmw vc included all of the bolts as well as the gasket set, and asked genuinebmwiminiparts if it did. They responded that they checked their inventory, and indeed ALL the bolts and gaskets were included. If you are going to DIY, or professionally, replace a BMW valve cover ... this is the ONLY way to go. The quality of the part was apparent upon the unboxing ... pure quality; in look, feel, and heft. I give this part my HIGHEST recommendaiton
