If you have diabetes or are on the verge of getting diabetes, this book is an easy book to understand and to put into motion. I have already learned a lot of it already of the information in the book but it is nice to have a go to book to have it all listed for easy access. All foods are easy to find and doesn't have anything that you have to go to the moon and back to make this program work which is comforting and makes this workable! It explains what diabetes is and also gets into what being a prediabetic is and how to keep your blood sugars from spiking and in a leveled state to prevent getting full blown diabetes.
