Triumph St. Triple Seat Replacement
I recently purchased a new-condition 2011 Triumph Street Triple ( 675 ). Although the OEM seat was in great condition, it pitched me forward uncomfortably - onto the tank. I looked at a few ideas for a pad ( to offset this problem ), but ultimately decided that a Sargent seat was the best solution. I’d bought a Sargent seat for a Suz’ DR650, and it was GREAT ! This latest purchase was no different. The Sargent relieved the forward pitch of the stock saddle; but also gave me a wider contour for my ‘bum’. All without becoming one of those massive ‘thrones’ that were seen in the 70’s & 80’s. No, the Sargent kept to the neo-competitive lines of the Street Triple ; simply making the ride Much more comfortable. No more distracting re-positioning every few moments - the Sargent allowed me to keep my mind on the Bike, and the Road.
