Sunstar awesome!
Part fit perfectly. Looks great and neat, not shiney and shows grease like the stock one, dropped my rpms 500 so my klr 650 can cruise at 70 with no problem.

KLR 650 16 tooth counter drive sprocket
Drops about 500 rpm at speed on my 2004 Kawasaki KLR650. 65mph is now about 4,500rpm in fifth. Rode 80 miles today 2 up (400# combined), no problems. Pulled hills, paved, gravel, hiway. ..all fine. Bike seems quite a bit happier at 50-60mph. Glad I bought it, almost sixth gear.
