Machining off..
You are going to have to make adjustments on the casting to fit into the receiver-fulcrum. I had a dremel with a grinding plate on it and it took about 15 minutes of carefully taking off material until a fit was reached. It's been working fine for a month now and I expect no issues. It's nice material, just not properly cast and/or machined for exact fit. It was inexpensive.. You get what you pay for. To be honest, I would purchase again. The price and shipping costs were very very low compared to the competition.
