Does the Trick
Decided to go with the Badlands Load Equalizer due to the fact that it was designed for bikes, like Harley Davidson, that are equipped with alarm systems. Plugged it into the main harness under the seat after installing Eagle Lights LED turn signals and it works great. The module is thin enough that the seat went back into place with no issues and produces no heat that will harm the electrical system. If you have a bike that has an alarm system and you've upgraded to LED's, this is what you need to make it all work right. I ride a 2007 Ultra Classic.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

The LE-03-A does work on a '96, but it does need to be wired in at the harness under the left side cover. Very easy to do, and works perfect. The included instructions are very clear about how to accomplish this. One wire for each side turn signal, a power, and a ground. It does allow LED's to be installed front and rear once it's installed. It does exactly as it's supposed to with no hyper flash at the bulb, or the indicator in the dash. Highly recommend if you want to upgrade to the much brighter and reliable LED signals. ☆☆☆☆☆Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Load equalizer modest in cost and works!
Upgraded my 09 road king with LED lighting. I required a load equalizer to eliminate the rapid blinking problem. Badlands LE-03-A offered the best low temperature solution I could find. neat and clean install
I haven't installed it yet due to cold weather - but does not require wires to be spliced - It is plug n play - much better than the load resistors I have researched - Just make sure to look in the application charts for the proper unit for your motorcycle - read the instructions - 4-14-18 just installed it on my 06 Road King - works perfect - would suggest putting shielding on the wires and I installed it under the left side cover - zip tied it to the large wiring harness in a vertical position.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
