Perfect length ! Seems to be pretty sturdy, the cutouts should be a bit smaller. This could potentially be a week point, and it seems to flex just a little. When the stand is raised it slams in the resting point pretty hard, and bounces. I installed a rubber tab at this location to help with the impact. Once the stand is almost up, it's hard to control this action, unless you use your hand. It is very nice, and out of the way. The price is a bit excessive, but I've checked and others are more expensive. It's beyond my thinking why these things are so expensive ? The main reason why I would recommend this, is because it's way less aggrevating to use than the rear axle stand, and way more appealing and cheaper than the others.
I installed this kickstand on my 2011 KX450F. It is very well made and was easy to install. The bike is very secure when resting on the stand. It also tucks out of the way nicely, without touching anything.
