Due to working long hours on the computer, I tend to lean forward--bad thing for my back. With this support, I am able to keep a better posture. Pay attention to the instructions and the pictures provided showing the position of the straps. It took me three Velcro-adjustments to have the desired tightness. Too loose does not work; too tight is not right. I can manage to put it on by myself just as I would a blouse. Removing it may be a little more difficult but I can do it as well. For those having problems removing it, a walking stick with a round handle will help to grab the strap and slide it down the shoulder. Read the ads first to see if this posture support unit is for you. I am glad I bought it.
