    Missing parts

    They did not install frost plugs in the head. Didn’t find out till I poured coolant in and it ran out the bottom of the engine crankcase. Was not able to purchase these plugs from the Suzuki dealer or get any specs from Suzuki head office. I left Kore power sports a message this morning and have not heard back yet. I am very disappointed that the incomplete assembly of this head has caused me time, delays and frustration. I have yet to see how the engine will run with the rebuilt head but everything looks good and have no reason to believe there will be any other problems. Very unfortunate that this head got sent out with parts missing
