    Poor quality...center stand sags

    I installed this on my '78 GL1000 and left the bike on the center stand for about a week. When I came back to take it off the stand, the center stand flops around. The spring stretched slightly and now does not hold the center stand in the up position. It flops and bangs around now. Probably best to find something a little more stout from you local hardware store.
