The coarse outer layer traps larger particles of dirt and water, keeping the fine inner layer free to trap fine dust particles. Hiflofiltor dual-stage foam filters are designed to be cleaned and re-used over and over again. The two foam layers are flame laminated together to provide a durable, permanent bond.
