The right part.
Look, building engines requires you use the right parts. We all know that. A friend of mine needed a piston for an S5 Marroni 50cc 2 stroke engine. the problem is that aftermarket pistons generally are not made the right way to serve the Maronni S5 properly. This piston is the right one hands down. All details of this piston are matched to the original piston. It is also made a little thicker than stock to handle the pounding a performance engine has to take. Unlike "aftermarket" pistons that rob power from your engine being a damn near exact factory replacement will not cost you performance and if anything being lighter by a little from the stock piston helps "wind that spring" a little faster. There is cost efficient and also being cheap. There is a difference. This piston is not cheap but for its application if you don't have a connection on Maronni replacement parts this is a GREAT alternative and WAY better than resorting to used parts.
