Crow footed soft tail rear shock preload tool.
It is a mite "tricky" trying to get the correct "bite" INTO the holes to adjust the preload without slipping out of 'em. But once ya hold your tongue in the right position? It works pretty good! Whether it's better then the full-sized tool? I cannot say. I can tell you from someone who has the full sized tool that you can get more rotation without having to grab another "bite" with this tool.
