I cannot fill the above as i think it is too early. I have been taking it for 2 weeks but so far not successful as it has not changed my sleeping pattern. I was taking 4mg and it did not work so I thought I will try 5 mg. I have to speak to my Dr to see whether I can increase to 8 mg.
