Used this to replace a blown Ethernet port on my PC's motherboard. Device came in mint condition, packaging was as shown, electronics look to be in top shape. Plugged it in to one of my spare PCI slots and my computer had no issues recognizing the new ports. Currently using a QSFP to SFP+ adapter with a copper SFP module and everything has been rock solid.
