Actually quarter struck on nickel planchet
A good error coin for the error coin collector. Hade it analyzed and it was 25% nickel the same as the 5c nickel, and it weighs 4.1 grams, close to a nickel's weight, so it was struck on a nickel planchet. A dime or quarter are only 8,22% nickel, so they were ruled out.Verified purchase: Yes
