I was eager to get the Ember mug 2 cause my wife enjoys hers. App works with her iPhone 12. My mug came in a factory package with charger and coaster. Charged overnight. Works well to keep coffee at a perfect 135F. The app connected and I selected a color for the light. Tried to update firmware. Transfer quit at 50% it disconnected. I love my Ember mug
My original mug was a Christmas present and I quickly learned how nice it was to get called away from my coffee and returning to find it still perfectly hot! This mug was a replacement for my original. I had used a metal spoon to stir creamer and sweetener into my coffee and over the course of the years it had scraped the white off the bottom of the mug so I thought it was time to treat myself to a new one.
