Good rangefinder but prepare to pay $49 to get the basics of the ballistics for your own bullet profile, and even then, only to 1600m or $149 to get .
It's an excellent rangefinder when it comes to its accuracy, clarity, and ease of use. However, I was disappointed in the software. While it's true that you can save one custom profile for your cartridge, you have to upgrade to buy the software, the same one they say you are going to need only if you want to have 2000 yards range. You can not adjust some settings in the Busnell app if your scope is not on the list of scopes in the app. You cannot choose scope ring height, for example, unless you pay for one of the two tiers of software ( "Sportsman" - 1600m, $49, or "Elite - 2000m, $149).
So, good hardware and unacceptable software. I wish I had known about this before buying since I did upgrade to Sportsman. I wish I had returned it and bought a different rangefinder, with basic software included in the price.
