We had the same model for near 20 yrs. It is too bad the manufacturer does not continue to build this model. It was the right size for us and does a very good job with our cooking needs and speed. We were fortunate to find an unused unit to replace the old one.

I love my UltraVection ToastMaster It gets really hot so be careful because it will set off your smoke alarm, but it makes the best crispy foods without any fat. Today I made Mozzarella cheese sticks and they tasted just like they were freshly fried at a restaurant and it took less then 6 minutes. It is amazing for cooking leftover pizza, I kid you not it taste like it was made fresh. I recommend you use it on your cooktop / stovetop and have the hood fan on (if you have one) because it really does get hot and starts to get smoky when the food is just about done. I use a 9”x9” brownie pan lined with parchment paper trimmed to fit the pan (see picture) so the oven stays clean and mess free. If you cook just using the basket it will make a huge smoky mess (I made this mistake) when I want my foods to be super crispy on the outside and gooey / juicy on the inside, I use this!!Read full review
