A bit pricy with you, but it absolutely the best prostate supplement I have found, and have used it for over 6 years. used it and had good flow. stopped taking it to see if changes occurred. decreased flow in 6-7 days. could not order again quick enough. after 4 days improved flow. use it twice a day with another supplement and Flomax. nothing by itself does the trick. piece of advice : never chew capsules, taste is not pleasant.
