Well made truck dolly, but heavier than expected
This is sturdy, and was very easy to assemble, needing only the bottom plate and wheels to be put on using the included parts. It rolls very smoothly. The open sides allow for wide loads. It is heavier than what I had hoped, as the description only described it as being "light weight" and didn't include the fact that it weighs about 15 pounds. I purchased it to haul painting equipment, so it is sturdier than what I need. My husband plans to use it for moving heavy items (carries up to 400 pounds). Very well-made!

Not what I expected
It’s partially my fault because I missed seeing it in the product description, but the frame for this Harper Trucks hand truck is “plastic” and is not what I expected. It will probably do fine for moving some basic items but I’m skeptical of the weight ratings. I have some heavy items to move (300 to 400 pounds each item) and would not feel comfortable moving them with this dolly, but for lighter items this should work fine. The basic frame came assembled and the components of it were basically snap fit together so I’m concerned about the quality/durability of this dolly. It did require assembly which was not difficult for me at all. The wheels do require to be filled with air so I am concerned about punctures (as other products have solid wheels which would eliminate that concern). I did find a different dolly with a metal frame and higher weight ratings for about the same price (so I don’t think the value for the Harper dolly is very good), so I’ll use it for my heavier items and the Harper Trucks dolly for lighter items. I needed two hand trucks so I’ll keep them both but I won’t be moving my heavier items with this dolly. As previously mentioned, this just wasn’t quite what I was expecting. Read full review
