Used for a while & love the fact it has the methylated form of b-12 . a medical professional told me 70 % of most American's do not get energy from cynacobalamin as their body cannot break it down to methylated form . The reason we like these vit. is this is already done with these. so you get the good energy also most don't realize its better to take these over cynacobalamin I also was instructed (the first part cyna- is a form of cyanide if you do take this long term I was instructed to do detoxes as the cyanide is poisonous and can cause problems if you don't detox)Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

I gave it 5 stars and would be 5+, if it were possible. Usually these multis come in 60 count, so the extra 12 makes it the best deal on the market and Garden of Life is the cream of the crop.
