I give 3 star because it does not do what it supposed too. The box says eye drops cools your eyes and last a couple hours. Not true. The eye drops only cools eyes for about 30 seconds and the thrill is gone. Its not even a thrill either more like.. Like.. Nothing. And not only does it do nothing to soothing eyes but it is almost impossible to get the cap off. Serious.. I'm a strong girl. A big girl..
