Not sure what happened, but I put these ...
Not sure what happened, but I put these in my car and in the process of reinstalling the light housings I could smell burning plastic. This immediately prompted me to removing the already installed housing only to find the gold housings were literally melting from the heat. These are a direct plug in place so there’s no wire cutting or splicing involved. I simply plugged them in and turned on the car to confirm that the lights were working only to smellburning plastic.

I tried to install this on a 2015 Toyota Corolla. Unfortunately you can’t plug the socket into the front turn signal housing. Not even close! Not recommended! The right one is the vender plug and the left one is the factory plug.
