Really opens up your nostrils so you have much better airflow during the night. Well made, sits solidly on your nostrils and the see through materials makes it less conspicuous. The downside is that it pulls up the nostril skin, so it makes my nose look wider in the morning, even after I take it off and for a few hours afterwards. These Have Really Worked for Two Decades
