Actually, I don't know if it is recommended, good value, or good quality. I just didn't want to click on 'no' bcs maybe it is all those things. I ordered it bcs selenium is suppossed to be taken with iodine which I take. But I don't know how I would know if it's doing what it's suppossed to do. Sorry.
