Great case
Case mounts securely to the two mounting points on the rear fender and the straps on each side. I keep the case in the lower profile position and it has plenty of room for the food and drinks that I bring every day to work, I have even taken home small packages from the post office by expanding the bags height with the built in zip open option. I had originally bought the luggage rack from Kawasaki since I thought that this bag would be like others that I have had and would need the support but after receiving the bag I traded in the luggage rack for some other stuff. Overall very good.
Really like this soft tail bag. The installation is super easy, only takes you about 10 min, all accessories are included. Definitely beats other options that cause $100+ only for the bracket. The capacity of the case is not huge, but ok. It holds my computer, a lunch box, and a small gym bag (2 clothes and a pair of running shoes in it) , nothing more, but the size is good enough for me in most cases. You can take the case off the bike with you in about 20 seconds, it doesn't have any anti-theft capability, so anyone can take it away for your bike when you park there, or open it up when you leave it out there. 1 star off for that, otherwise everything is perfect.
