Cheese Curler/Trumpet Flowers
I was introduced to this cheese curler at a small French wine bar while on vacation in Ireland. It really is a fascinating cheese curler that makes ruffled trumpet flowers as shown on the lid of the box. The hardest part of the process is finding the cheese which is from the Basque region of France. The cheese's name translated means "Head of the Monk."
