I recommend for my fellow reel mower enthusiasts
Nice thick foam with the caps embedded into it. it fit my 16 inch two handle reel mower perfectly. You have to soak these in hot water and soap to get them on. The caps are inside the foam handles and have that end cap I am always losing after mowing, but not anymore.
