Excellent Drill Bits
The quality of these wire gage drill bits is obvious. They look like jewelry. The precision of the double-cut relief angles shows that the manufacturer took extra care in their production. I bought them mostly to use their diameters for reference measuring, but I recently needed to make some very small holes in a broken bed headboard, for some No. 4 screws that I used to strengthen an epoxy glue-job on a broken section of wood. The larger number of bits near to the size I needed, made choosing the best bit a better choice than a standard fractional drill bit set offered.. A month ago, I tried buying a "Made in China" wire gage set similar to this, but the precision wasn't there, and the sharpening relief angles were erratic, and improper, so I returned them.
