Good replacement unit
Product was delivered as advertised. Before use, it said that it needed updates. Somehow, the updates were already saved locally on the wii; that is, it updated by clicking the button - i did not have to connect to the internet to do it. There were at least 2 updates with reboots. Screen image is good. (There was a separate question in this feedback form about screen image). I wanted to add that this WII accommodates a 480p, 16:9 image, which you can specify in the settings. A long time ago I had also purchased a cable that goes from the WII video output into a component video input. With these settings it looks great!

Console, wasn't compatible,
The price was right, but the console didn't work! I was on the phone with a Nintendo rep for half hour, and with her help, it didn't work. It may just fine for someone else, but it certainly didn't work with our system. Respectfully,

Wii... gets you off the couch!
One of a kind video game that actually gets you up and moving. The graphics aren't as refined like Xbox/playstations, but the interactive play with kids/adults promotes great family time! ...and the Tiger Woods Golf can be just as frustrating as live golf. Ensure your purchase includes; the rubber controller sleeves, Wii plus controllers or add on sleeves, the original Wii Sports disc, as well as the additional Sports Resort disc. Great Fun For the Entire Family.
The Nintendo Wii system is a great party system. The Good. There is nothing better then having a party with some friends and breaking out some Wii sports bowling for everyone to play or cracking out some riffs on Rockband or Guitar Hero with each other. If this isn't your fancy Mario Kart Wii is also another fun choice. Not into the newer stuff on the Wii? Well, you can download older games from the old NES, SNES, and so on. The Bad. The Nintendo Wii is pretty much a hybrid Gamecube. For graphic wise it doesn't even come close to what the PS3 and Xbox 360 can do. It only has an internal memory of 512mb. Which in todays standards isn't much. Sure you can buy a 32gb sd card to store stuff. But, it would of been nice to have about 8gigs in the first place. The Ugly. Make sure whoever is playing that they have the wrist strap on at all times. You wouldn't want a 40 dollar wiimote flying out of someones hand, and smashing your 1,200 dollar television.Read full review

Still fun to play after all these years
This was bought for my 5 year old nephew who loves Zelda games. Nintendo products seem to hold their value well and the replay factor in some of these older games seems to still be fun 10+ years after being released.
