Great construction but small
Pros: The construction is done very well not cheap lightweight metals. Can be completely disassembled if parts need to ever be replaced. The bands are of good quality. Cons: the felt protective covering inside the mic holder could be a better quality, more compressed - OR - rubber/leather. I would replace the felt with either a good quality leather or a good soft rubber.
