    Nice features, disappointed with battery life.

    I like the look and feel of this iphone 5s. Its fast, easy to use with alot of features. However, it's battery life is a problem. I close all apps immediately after using. Put my phone on sleep. I still have to charge my phone every single day. I put on one of those battery pack cases in the event of an emergency. However, I really expected to have better battery life.

    Very good phone still in 2022.

    I love this over the iPhone 6s and 7 and 8. This one was and still is the lightest iPhone you can buy. Even the iPhone 4 was heavier than the iPhone 5s. I use this as a backup spare in case my phone starts acting up or the battery is stone dead. I bought this one and it looked to be a demo that was never used. There wasn’t a mark on it and it had the original operating system from factory. I left the phone on standby mode for 10 days and it still had a 40% charge. I love the lightness it has. Todays phones that are heavy can cause your hands to hurt from carpal tunnel or arthritis etc. this one being so small and light doesn’t affect me. The only thing that sucks is it can’t be upgraded past the latest apple software that was put out in November 2021. But it still does what my iPhone 6s and 7 do. I’ll keep this until it doesn’t work anymore.

    Very popular in my family

    I just got it so I can't say of just my own experience, but my family have 5 now between them, love them, and now I am embarking on my usage. If history repeats itself this one will have a long battery life seemingly. It is sleek and expensive looking.

    options

    A few older phones had options that are not included in this phone. 1 Example is edit alarm without deleting and creating new. Upgrades on ios and apps are made to force you to buy new phones. The new ios and apps should be made to work on all phones not just the latest ones. Example 3gs ios only gets an upgrade to 6 and new apps needs ios 8 and up. Feel a bit controlled to buy new for profit.
