RECOMMEND THIS TIRE
I needed a replacement tire for my Specialized hybrid. I didn't want it completely slick. So, I tried this one. The first time I pumped it up, the inner tube blew out with the maximum pressure suggested on the tire. After that, I lowered the tire pressure a little, and I have had no problem. I do like the way it rides so far. It seems to have low rolling resistance and holds the pavement well. Tough, low maintenance training/commuting/joyriding tire.
I purchased these in 700 x 32mm and they fit my single speed road frame/caliper brakes with ample clearance. This is a durable tire as I'm a large 200 lb/90kg rider who rides a lot of rough surfaces and gravel, and have picked up visible tread cuts over a season's use, but none through the casing.
