I purchased two of these IMEX 1/72 Conestoga Wagons for my Wofford College LifeLong Learning warfare class. This Fall of 2019 class will be taught by me at the American Legion Post #28 building, as I can leave the tabletop (12' x 6') battle board will remain set up to cover the eight-class periods over an eight week spring semester. The Conestoga wagons will be used, along with 1/72 scale soldiers for the American Revolution: Southern Campaign (1779-1783). These wagons will be added to the other wagons that I purchased last year, as they will represent supply wagons for either the Patriots or for the British Redcoats in some of the crucial battles fought in the south, such as Camden, Kings Mountain, Cowpens and Guilford Courthouse. Also, the wagons will be utilized on a strategic map board of southern colonies, from Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia. Then, as mentioned above, the battle board map will be used to depict the landscape for these crucial battles. I look forward to teaching this class in the fall of 2019 and making good use of these Conestoga Wagons, too. baronvonbenRead full review
