You will love this wrap!
I love how the ice packs are both sides of your knee at the same time. It feels wonderful! Don't know what is different in these ice bags than other bags, but the bags seem to get extra cold and last for a long time. I also like the size in that it wraps around my knee or my husbands knee. Perfect fit, good value
This was an excellent decision. Three Velcro straps and 2 gel packs cover my knee and about 7 inches above and below. I usually am resting the knee while icing it but if I have to get up the 3 straps hold it firmly in place.
