I've been using this Clinique Facial soap for years -- most likely about 30 years! But as my skin had changed over the years, ( I used to need the extra strength for oily skin ) I now used the "mild" version. The same formula comes in Men's AND women's, but in different SHAPE. The Men's Clinique Facial soap is rectangular and in a more easily packed/ stored SHAPE -- BOTH of which I've used. I recommend this product HIGHLY, as it is LOW LATHER, cleanses gently & thoroughly!
