Good Sturdy Microphone Stand
I got this stand for some heavy condenser microphones. It easily handles very heavy microphones. I was looking for an alternative to the big Atlas stands with the long boom and weighted base. This stand doesn’t have the weighted base but it does have a wide tripod base with lockable castors. It’s BIG. It has an enormous boom with a counter weight. It’s an excellent choice for drum overheads, room, piano, voice - anything really. It’s extremely flexible. It would probably not be a good fit in small home studios or small booths. The price is excellent. I haven’t had it long, so I may update this review if it falls apart quickly.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
