Boosted energy level
Since I am sensitive to Calcium products, that typically give me G.I. problems, so was a bit hesitant to try this, but have had no problems at all. It combines Calcium, B vitamins, C, Zinc, electrolytes and other minerals, and it seems to really boost my energy level. It has been well documented, in a number of studies that Zinc will ward off colds, and I actually began taking this along with Zicam when I recently had a cold and it was gone in less than a week. I would recommend this product. I like the fact that it dissolves in water, so is easy to take.
