My cat went out on me after getting a P0420 Code, this fit perfectly, came with all gaskets, and my check engine light is now gone. Purchased this for my 97 Honda Prelude and Ive got to say this CAT performance increase was surprisingly noticeable. The car now has much more get up and go and my CEL is now off! This CAT is perfectly legal in Maine and just about every other State with the exception of CA I suppose.
