Holley return policy.
I refused UPS shipment on this carb. Holley charged me $35.00 restocking fee. They claimed it was for shipping. NO SHIPPING WAS INCURRED WHEN I REFUSED SHIPMENT. When I left them negative feedback they blocked me from any more purchases from them.......wow.....can Holley block all my family & friends that will be making purchases for me ?.
