Anti rotation alternative to an Upstand
I’m a fan of the Upstand, but like the ‘keyed’ peg of this one, to prevent stand rotation. I’m not a fan of the aluminum shaft extension with all the pieces, so I cut it off the base female, drilled to it to fit and JB welded in my old Upstand 29er carbon shaft for my 26” bike. I bolted the quick release male key to the bottom plate of my Tubus rack above the axle, so I can use my anti theft skewers. The extra length of the 29er shaft fit just right.
