Not really a childs puzzle, but ok for a responsible 4+ year old since its painted
Puzzle is fine, simple but could use a few extra pieces so that you can complete all the way to the end of the puzzle vs. just up to 10. Price is fine for this item but it's not worth more than $10 - $12 with shipping. My 5 year old saw this same type of puzzle (Giligo, I believe) on U tube and had to have it. Surprisingly it was all he had expected it to be.

Excellent toy
My son is 4.5 yo son enthralled with Tetris, and although this has "non-standard" shapes, he loves platy with it and making other things with it. I highly recommend it.
