I purchased an over sized grip because I wanted to keep my grip pressure light throughout my swing. With a regular size grip I would loose control of the club at the top of my swing. Great Feel, very durable, good feedback!
I'm been golfing for 35 years, and during all of that time I've done DIY grip replacements whenever they were called for. I've used a wide variety of grips over the years, and the Golf Pride CP2 Pro Jumbo fits my hands perfectly, and they wear like iron!! They are a little more expensive, but they're material makes re-gripping less frequent, and I believe they're less expensive in the long run, and they for certain save time at the work bench.
