  • A fun champagne cocktail fashion documentary film

This is an entertaining, amusing and well-produced documentary that those who follow fashion will probably enjoy. It is in no way a deep or insightful film, but its makers didn't intend for it to be. The fascinating history of Bergdorf Goodman as the iconic, almost mythically revered American department store is well chronicled, and the interviews with luminaries such as Karl Lagerfeld and Linda Fargo are lighthearted and quite interesting, and the unique way in which Bergdorf nurtures and supports new, talented designers is closely examined.
