Bomb proof!
I have put this mount through its paces for a few years now and dont really think there is anything out there that is better. This thing has endured the beating of a cross-bike on a mountian bike track, gravel grinders, road rides and even works as the occasional "handle" to lift the bike up. It did this all with a garmin and Cycliq fly 12 mounted to it. If you dont know what that is then look it up, its a massive heavy camera/light combo. On top of all that.... it just holds your gps far enough so that you can take a quick glance at it without tucking your chin.

A Beefy GPS mount, perfect for mountain biking
Best mountain bike GPS mount! I've had my share of Garmin, Wahoo, K-Edge, etc, and I've broken them all. The bar mounts with the rubber bands just don't work on my tapered handle bars and they don't fit on my short stem. This Barfly 4MTB GPS mount is BEEFY. I had an incident on the trail today that would have snapped any other mount and the Barfly held up fine. It's beefy so I doubt I can brake it It's positions the GPS over stem / steerer tube. Works even with a 1/2" spacer on the steerer above the stem. This is THE GPS mount for your Mountain Bike
